From the organizer, Surrey and White Rock Board of Trade's webpage:
With the provincial election approaching, this non-partisan candidates forum will bring together candidates from BC’s five parties seeking to represent our communities in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, across all 10 ridings.
The forum will provide an opportunity to hear directly from candidates about their priorities and their plans for the issues that matter most to our region.
The discussion will explore key issues including economic growth and competitiveness, housing, transportation and infrastructure, public safety, healthcare, workforce and skills development, and the cost of doing business.
This election presents an important opportunity for voters to understand where candidates stand on the issues facing our communities and the province. Join us to hear their perspectives, ask questions and become better informed before you cast your ballot.
Free. Pre-registration is required.
